By accessing or using StockPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

StockPilot provides AI-generated investment research and educational trade plans for Indonesia stocks, US stocks, crypto, and forex. The service is a research tool only — it does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized financial advice.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute StockPilot content without permission.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Midtrans (IDR) or Stripe (USD). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

StockPilot and its content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal, non-commercial research.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockPilot is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or modify the service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
